What is being done about hazardous materials in Stevenson Hall?

Like most public buildings constructed before the late 1970s, Stevenson Hall has been identified to have asbestos-containing materials present in it. The campus has performed testing and continues to monitor the conditions. Neither the testing nor the monitoring have shown harmful levels of hazardous materials. The campus continues to hold strong its commitment to provide a safe and healthy environment for students, employees and its community at large.
