Advise and recommend appropriate actions specifically as it relates to Stevenson Hall Pre-Construction, Construction and Post Construction activities and planning to the V.P. of Administration and Finance and the Provost.
Confirm all issues and/or options are considered that may arise or be of interest or concern to the campus in a timely manner regarding Pre-Construction, Construction and Post Construction activities. These issues may arise from the Task Force Group’s work or be brought to its attention.
The Stevenson Hall Task Force Group is being formed, and has a diverse membership represented from the university to provide guidance, and advise on various issues specific to the Stevenson Hall Pre-Construction, Construction and Post Construction activities.
Meetings are to be scheduled monthly during the academic year and over the summer as required. The start date of the first meeting is proposed for April 2018 and the Stevenson Hall Task Force Group will conclude its charge, tentatively December 2022.
Specific tasks and timelines will be tied to, but not limited to the Stevenson Hall Project Plan Schedule.
